夜市嘉年華及華府文化節 人潮滾滾 熱鬧非凡 Culture Festival and Night Market
在台灣書院贊助下，華府中文學校一年一度的夜市嘉年華及華府文化節活動今年擴大舉辦，並對社區開放。10月27日當天下午4點半開始，中文學校所在地馬州洛克維爾的伍頓高中餐廳，人潮滾滾，熱鬧非凡﹗社區中外人士聚集，大人有的看，孩子有的玩，不分老少，都接受了一次中華文化的徹底洗禮。在校長黃秀媚的領導、家長會大力支持以及教職員的通力合作下， 將這次嘉年華會辦的有聲有色，使得參加活動的每個人都讚不絕口，盡興而歸。
Thanks to the assistance of the Taiwan Academy, the annual Night Market and Culture Festival has expanded in scale and opened to the community. Beginning at 4 pm on October 27th, Rockville’s Wootton High School was crowded with people and livelier than ever. Both Chinese-Americans and Americans gathered together. With the adults learning and the children playing, all ages merged as a part of the Chinese culture. Under the leadership of Principal Vicky Huang and with the collaboration of teachers, parents and staff members, the event proceeded magnificently and received praise from all participants.
